Just in time for spring “Shape What Your Mama Gave Ya!”Heather Craig’s Booty Luv™ Workshop Saturday, March 16th 12-3 p.m. This 3 hour workshop will include an informational hand-out with anatomy illustrations and take-home exercises; a FUN 1.5 hour Booty Luv™ class, and plenty of time for questions/answers. Develop a POSITIVE relationship with your hips, buttocks, thighs, and core with a combination of yoga, Pilates, kickboxing, functional training, ballet barre, and a bit of dirty dancing. Suitable for all.
This class is perfect for members who do not have a yoga background or who would like to improve form and alignment. The class will cover multiple types of yoga including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Therapeutic.
