My favorite pose: I love them all! There really isn't a pose I could say is is my favorite. I cycle through poses that I practice more often based on the seasons, what my personal needs are, and what challenges me or restores me. If I had to pick though, I'd say it's a tie between standing poses (like Triangle and Warrior I) and inverted arm balances (like Handstand and Forearm Balance). Both standing poses.
