- ½ lb white fish (cod, halibut, tilapia)
- 1 cup of thai basil
- 2 tbs of fish sauce
- 1 tbs of Tamari
- 3 cloves of garlic minced

Bow Pose (Dhanurasana) is a powerful backbend that expands your chest, stretches your thighs, and massages your digestive system. If you’ve been sitting a lot, Bow Pose will stretch the hip flexors and psoas muscles that tend to shorten when we are seated for long periods of time.
