3 cups butternut squash (Squash, yams and carrots in 1 inch cubes) 1 large red onion cut into slices 7 cloves of garlic chopped Thumb size chunk of ginger minced 3/4 jar of 100% peanut butter Large can of crushed tomatoes 2 cups yams 3 cups carrots 2 cups kale 1 tsp ginger powder 3 tbs tumeric 1.5 tbs cumin Salt to taste Veggie broth Bacon or tempeh cooking oil
