Spiced Chicken Stew from Me Fitness Personal Trainer, Alisa Fairbanks.

This recipe is easy, incredibly flavorful and has the comforting qualities of chicken soup. It's got a good dose of turmeric too, which is a powerful anti-inflammatory and has many other healing properties.
