Kettlebell Burn will put participants through a dynamic warm up, functional skill and sequence of Kettlebell conditioning moves. Look for compound kettlebell exercises combined with travel patterns, jump rope and more to incorporate strength, mobility and endurance. The Small Group Personal Training environment will ensure individualized attention, great camaraderie, and maximum burn! This format is best suited for intermediate and above fitness levels. HIIT
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training and is a training idea in which low to moderate intensity intervals are alternated with high intensity intervals. HIIT is considered to be very effective because the intensity is higher and you are able to increase both your aerobic and anaerobic endurance while burning more fat than ever before. This class is 45 minutes in The Cage.

Beginning Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a beautiful series of slow, meditative, flowing, circular motions practiced to increase balance, flexibility, and strength. This class is an introduction to the Traditional Yang Style Long Form, focusing primarily on the motions of the first section. It will emphasize the basics of body mechanics and footwork with occasional explanation of the martial applications of the motions. It also includes some simple qigong to warm up for and end the class.

Yin Yoga
Yin is the perfect complement to the rigorous mental and physical demands that we regularly place on ourselves. In this class, we will focus on the gentler aspects of stretching. With both breath work and props, we will begin to release the connective tissue, allowing for greater opening in the areas of the body that traditionally hold tension, such as the hips, low back, and shoulders.
