I am fascinated by the human body. I have always had a curiosity with movement and the ways in which we can use our bodies for efficiency, empowerment, and in ways that can promote systemic health. As a yoga teacher, a massage therapist, a dancer, and a trainer, I continue to learn more and more about my own body and use these practices to study how each body is distinct.
Working with me, you can expect a holistic approach to training, incorporating many different styles of movement and exercise from my background. I use a blend of traditional yoga postures, strength-based movements, functional and intuitive movement to create a well-rounded movement experience. I want you to connect with your own unique and beautiful body and leave our sessions feeling stronger, centered, and seven steps closer to your goal.
