I create really fun playlists for every class, that highlights artists from different genres, and cultures.

My mom! While growing up she always prioritized health and wellness and that was fully integrated into the person I am today.

Hanging out with my cats, or going on adventures!

WHEN YOU'RE FEELING DOWN, WHAT'S ONE THING YOU SAY TO YOURSELF TO GET YOU GOING?
Inspired by Beyonce, I give myself a day to feel off. Then when I wake up the next morning I encourage myself to put one foot in front of the other and I celebrate every little accomplishment (even if it's just making breakfast).

300+ hours continuing education in Pranayama, Sanskrit, Yoga Philosophy, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative Yoga | 200 hour RYT | 1,000+ hours teaching yoga
NASM Certified Personal Trainer | Booty Luv® Fitness Instructor
