May is EDS awareness month! In honor of that, Chie Tadaki, PT, DPT, a physical therapist and certified yoga instructor with Good Health Physical Therapy & Wellness will be holding a 3-week workshop for safe yoga for people with hypermobility. These are examples of showing the difference between pushing into your hypermobility versus holding your body in a pose with awareness and control of your joint position.
