Quinoa Salad With Cherries and Feta

It's cherry season! When it's too hot out for cooking, this light and tasty salad will hit the spot. Quinoa is naturally gluten-free, packed with protein and contains iron, B-vitamins, magnesium, potassium, calcium, vitamin E, and fiber. This hearty, grain-based salad is ideal for lunches, picnics, or as a sweet and salty side for a summer BBQ.

Save your coffee shop money for something that  lasts  longer, create your own coffee concoction at home that's just as satisfying!
   

 

Low Sugar Cafe Mocha

  • 1 cup hot brewed coffee
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp sweetener of choice, stevia, honey or maple syrup
Steam the almond milk or if you don't have a steamer, heat it in a pot and whisk to froth. Brew the coffee and pour.
