            Roasted Garlic Chickpea Burgers

Prep Time: about 1 hour Cook Time: about 4-5 minutes per batch

Ingredients: For the oatmeal pudding
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup rolled oats, not quick cooking
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Pinch of cinnamon
For the garnish
  • Sliced strawberries and banana
  • Raw nuts of choice, I used walnuts
  1. Place pudding ingredients in blender and blend til smooth. Pour into bowl and cover and place in fridge overnight.
  2. In the morning layer pudding with strawberries, banana and nuts.

Kale Chips Ingredients Original recipe makes 6 servings 1-1 bunch kale 2-1 tablespoon olive oil 3-1 teaspoon seasoned salt Directions Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a non insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper. With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner. Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning salt. Bake until.
