At ME Fitness, It’s Community

Provided to our MULTI MEDIA MEMBERS, our In-Studio Sessions provide a “safety first” standard of small roster sizes led by educated fitness instructors excited to ignite your wellness journey.  Sign up for In-Studio Sessions via our ME Fitness Studios App.

Provided to ALL MEMBERS, we have a variety of Virtual Classes to support your strength, cardio and flexibility goals! Classes are live AND recorded, so you can work out with your favorite ME Fitness Instructors when it fits YOUR schedule. Just be sure to register via our ME Fitness Studios App (even if the live time doesn’t work for you). Video recordings will be emailed to all those registered for the class and can be accessed for 7 days.

Want to exclaim a big ‘YAY!‘ with us as we begin rolling out new classes to our In-Studio Sessions Schedule!? In this time of summer transitions, we are PUMPED (quite literally) to offer more classes for the impending indoor months. Please note that classes are limited to 7 participants to maintain social distance regulations.

Beginning Sept. 16 – BOOTY LUV® with Carina Borealis, Wednesdays at 6:00PM
