HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training and is a training idea in which low to moderate intensity intervals are alternated with high intensity intervals. HIIT is considered to be very effective because the intensity is higher and you are able to increase both your aerobic and anaerobic endurance while burning more fat than ever before. Beginning Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a beautiful series of slow, meditative, flowing, circular motions practiced to increase balance, flexibility, and strength. This class is an introduction to the Traditional Yang Style Long Form, focusing primarily on the motions of the first section. It will emphasize the basics of body mechanics and footwork with occasional explanation of the martial applications of the motions. It also includes some simple qigong to warm up for and end the class.
