Core Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a system of strengthening and stretching exercises designed to build strength in the core, which comprises the abdominals, glutes, and lower back. This class will help to improve posture, balance, and flexibility, thereby promoting strength and stability. Exercise balls, therabands, and other props are used to support movements reinforcing the healthy back. This is a barefoot class in Studio One.
