Sage Strength & Stability - A sage is a wise person, of great gravity and influence -- and this class is specifically designed for our sage members at Me Fitness! This is a low-impact class that combines light cardio, balance exercises, resistance training, and stretches to keep our senior members strong and functional. Special attention is paid to joint health and brain/body connectivity. Studio One.
