All Levels Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a beautiful series of slow, meditative, flowing, circular motions practiced to increase balance, flexibility, and strength. This class is open to all levels of Tai Chi, from beginner to advanced, to practice and learn the motions of the Traditional Yang Style Long Form. There will also be an emphasis on developing proper body structure through standing meditation. Open to all levels, Studio One.
