Gentle Yoga Flow
This class combines a slower-based, thoughtful integration of postures, and gentle movements with proper breathing techniques. You will learn how to find a balance between softness and active engagement in your poses. This class is perfect for beginners as well as people with specific limitations and those recovering from injuries. Studio One. Please bring a yoga mat.
