Refresh and Release is an energizing practice that opens and awakens the body and mind, in preparation for the day. With an Ayurvedic joint-release series, myofascial release, and a variety of familiar asana and pranayama, this practice will help maintain joint mobility, relieve muscular stiffness, and leave you feeling refreshed so you can greet the day with a smile. An ideal practice for those wanting a moderately paced class. Studio One. Please bring a yoga mat.
