Moon Yoga
Moon Yoga practicing moon salutations (Chandra Namaskar) is ideal to calm and close the day. The grounding nature of the moon practice opens and releases the hips and legs while strengthening the side body through a series of lateral movements. A perfect compliment to your regular flow (vinyasa) practice. Studio One. Please bring a yoga mat.
