An action-packed hour! This class starts with 30 minutes of indoor cycling to build cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and strength. This is followed by resistance training, core work, and stretching in The Cage. Great for those who have never tried an indoor cycling classes before. It's an awesome workout! Cycling Studio. Our bikes are SPD compatible, and we recommend athletic shoes for the second half of class.
