Barre None gets its inspiration from ballet, yoga, and Pilates to target the hips, thighs, buns, and abs. No barre required for this low-impact workout. It's hard on muscles and easy on the joints using your own body weight, bands, mini balls, and more. You can either go barefoot or wear socks for this class. Studio One. Please bring a yoga mat.
