Yin Yoga
Yin is the perfect complement to the rigorous mental and physical demands that we regularly place on ourselves. In this class, we will focus on the gentler aspects of stretching. With both breath work and props, we will begin to release the connective tissue, allowing for greater opening in the areas of the body that traditionally hold tension, such as the hips, low back, and shoulders. This class is geared towards individuals of all ages and levels of flexibility. Studio One. Please bring a yoga mat.
