This interval format class will have participants alternating between 10-15 minutes on the bike to melt away calories and about 5-10 minutes off the bike with bands, bosu balls, gliding discs, and body weight work to strengthen and tone! Perfect for all fitness levels and a guaranteed good time! Cycling Studio. We recommend athletic shoes for this class.
