Movement Series
A 6 week series with Health Coach and Personal Trainer, Cristy Hatton. This series is dedicated to getting you moving with purpose!

Mobilize: Targeted soft tissue work designed to increase mechanical restrictions
Move: Enhance quality movements with a variety of held stretches and floor-work progressions
Support: Create a strong base for the bigger movements with controlled core exercises
Sweat: Finish it off with a burst of high-intensity cardio to get the heart moving!
