If you are training hard throughout the week, you must also ensure your joints and muscles get optimal recovery! Hit your body’s reset button with 30 minutes of HIIT/Cardio and then end with light movement, range of motion exercises and stretching so that you can recharge and reach your goals! Complete your fitness experience by increasing flexibility while decreasing the risk of injury. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.
