This class will encourage you to push yourself to the next level regardless of whether small group training is new to you or if you are seasoned. Interval will challenge you and test your endurance while increasing your strength and performance using various intervals to improve your conditioning. Nothing is off limits! This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.
