Yoga Flow
This class is based on Vinyasa yoga, also known as breath-synchronized movement. Learn how to control the breath while moving through space and how breath initiates movement. Linking postures and bringing the body back into balance allows participants to fully experience the energetic effects of yoga. Please bring a yoga mat.
