Hatha Flow
This class combines flowing movements with the longer holds of traditional Hatha to build strength, flexibility and stamina. We will begin with a series of movements linked with breath and then transition to more static postures. This class is open to all levels and will help you to cultivate deeper wisdom in the body and strengthen your connection to your practice. Please bring a yoga mat. Studio One
