Provided to our MULTI MEDIA MEMBERS, our In-Studio Sessions provide a “safety first” standard of small roster sizes led by educated fitness instructors excited to ignite your wellness journey.  Sign up for In-Studio Sessions below.

Provided to ALL MEMBERS, we have a variety of Virtual Classes to support your strength, cardio and flexibility goals! Classes are live AND recorded, so you can work out with your favorite ME Fitness Instructors when it fits YOUR schedule. Just be sure to register (even if the live time doesn’t work for you). Video recordings will be emailed to all those registered for the class and can be accessed for 7 days.  Sign up for Virtual Classes below.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

 

VIRTUAL CLASSES

 

GENTLE STRENGTH + STABILITY

This is a fun, low-impact class that combines light cardio, balance exercises, strength training and stretches to keep you strong and functional. Special attention is paid to joint health and brain/body connectivity. Ideal for older adults, those recovering from injury/childbirth and/or beginning their movement journey!

GENTLE YOGA FLOW

with JORDAN AFTANAS

Gentle Yoga Flow is a restorative practice that is gentle on the joints and calming to the mind and body.  A perfect middle ground between the cooling practice of Yin and the vigorous Yang aspect of Vinyasa.  Enjoy deep connection to breath, alignment and increased flexibility.

HARD ASSETS

with RIC NEWELL

A workout designed to isolate muscle groups and get “back to the basics” of strength training, using weights. This class is designed to train the upper and lower body along with a focused abdominal component and stretching.

HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training

with RIC NEWELL

Using gravity and bodyweight exercises, moderate intensity intervals are alternated with high-intensity intervals. HIIT is an effective workout to increase both aerobic and anaerobic endurance, while burning more fat than ever before.

 

LEVEL UP

with ANNE KOSKI

Level Up alternately challenges your muscles, comfort zone, and movement skills. This class combines conventional strength movements, focused high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and explores unconventional movement through play. Practice skills at a level that is safe for you AND *just outside* your comfort zone.

ACCELERATE

with JEN DARLING

Using Metcon inspired training, this class will take you to your training threshold. Each class will start with a dynamic warm-up that fires up the core and then conditions your muscles to better use the fuel that is delivered to them. This high energy class is designed to increase your strength and endurance in a fun and smart environment! Appropriate for all fitness levels.

ADVENTURE TRAINING

with JAZZY GREEN

Anything could happen in this fast-paced fitness adventure! Adventure Training is built around full-body functional movements that will challenge your mind as well as your muscles. From cardio to kettlebells, bodyweight to medballs, and agility to animal movements, this class will keep your body guessing!

 

BOOTY LUV® 

with BRIANNA GORDON or CARINA BOREALIS

Designed by fitness professional Heather Craig, this class "shapes what your  mama gave ya™" while keeping your knees and lower back safe. Open to all levels, this class combines functional training, yoga, Pilates, kickboxing, and "booty breakdowns™". Set to original mixes by DJ/Producer Danny Corn, this class will get your heart pumping and booty bumping! This is a barefoot class.

BOOTY LUV® SCULPT 

with HEATHER CRAIG

The Booty Luv® Fitness moves and music you luv, now with added challenge! Enjoy a heart pumping, booty bumping combo of full body strength exercises using free weights and resistance bands, cardio bursts in the form of "booty breakdowns™" and FUN-ctional movements to increase stability and range of motion.

KETTLEBELL BUILD

with KENSIE SEMPERT

This hour-long class will give fast results for strength and muscle toning using kettlebells. Challenge both your muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic total body movements. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.

 

KETTLEBELL BURN

with RIC NEWELL

Kettlebell Burn will put participants through a dynamic warm-up, functional skill and sequence of kettlebell conditioning moves. Look for compound kettlebell exercises combined with bodyweight movement to incorporate mobility and endurance. The small group environment will ensure individualized attention, great camaraderie, and maximum burn! This format is best suited for intermediate and above fitness levels.

SUPER CIRCUIT

with ALEX SHELTON or CARINA BOREALIS

Gain strength and flexibility with bodyweight and weighted moves! This challenging circuit class will have participants emphasizing explosive strength, endurance, and stamina. Prepare for a fun and productive workout!

TRAINING DAY

with RACHEL GOFF

This 60-minute class focuses on lower and upper body strength with sweat dripping cardio to finish! Learn to incorporate kettlebells, ropes, sandbags and more into your workout routine. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.

HYBRID CLASSES

 

CORE FUN-CTIONALITY

with HEATHER CRAIG

Fire up your entire core from "neck to knees", including your hips and small "stabilizer" muscles in this FUN all levels class.  We will create stability, strength and stamina for your powerhouse muscles using non-impact movements.

PILATES MAT

Combining the principles of mat Pilates with functional strength training exercises, this gravity and body weight class will increase core strength, flexibility and improve posture. 

 

VINYASA YOGA

with BRIANNA GORDAN

Similar to standard yoga flow classes, participants will experience flowing breath, synchronized movement, strength/balance challenges and a focus on proper alignment. This is a more rigorous practice and modifications will be provided to accommodate all fitness levels.

YIN YOGA

with SAHAR MURANOVIC

Yin is the perfect complement to the rigorous mental and physical demands that we regularly place on ourselves. In this class, we will focus on the gentler aspects of stretching. With both breath work and props, we will begin to release the connective tissue, allowing for greater opening in the areas of the body that traditionally hold tension, such as the hips, low back, and shoulders. This class is geared towards individuals of all ages and levels of flexibility.
