I'm all about building strength and then putting said strength to work and testing our abilities. I believe moving our bodies should be celebratory, not punishment.

I started taking Group X classes when I was a freshman in high school. I had just came out as a gay man and was feeling lost and needed a space where I would be accepted, celebrated, and respected. I found myself in those classes.
The participants and instructors got me through some of the hardest and darkest parts of my life. These are the people that inspired me to start teaching.
WHEN YOU'RE NOT FITNESSING, WHAT ARE YOU UP TO?
Being a full-time student and having a full-time job doesn't leave a ton of free time, but in my free time I love to sip coffee, watch romance movies, and cuddle my cat. Oh, and shopping and eating doughnuts is pretty high on my list, too.
