In class we get to practice all sorts of fitness, from lifting weights to skills from the gymnastics world to using patterns of movement for activities in life!
WHAT IS YOUR TEACHING STYLE?
I love involving both controlled work for coordination and increasing awareness, with high intensity training. Both are healthy for us neurologically and for our overall strength, so class will always ebb and flow between a high heart rate and a calm focus.

Everyone has personal abilities to tap into and I couldn't be more excited to be there to support finding them! It's always a joy to have an aha moment, so I have unapologetically high expectations for each individual's unique growth! That love of movement should be felt throughout my class!

Thanks to active parents and a natural love for physical work, I've been deep into training athletics and conditioning since I was a young kid. When I was a preteen, one instructor stood out, Tina Angelotti. I found myself truly absorbing detailed positionings of my body which allowed me to learn new things on my own. Her classes always just felt right. When I went through her strength and conditioning certification I realized every nuance of class, from when she'd distract us with a joke to how she'd choose her music, was curated just for us. She has become known as a master teacher yet I saw that person the first time I took her class. To this day I am friends with Tina and learn from her constant growth as an athlete and coach!
WHEN YOU'RE NOT FITNESSING, WHAT ARE YOU UP TO?
Outside of the training I am in nature with my dog Sue, doing house and art projects, and playing with little kids!
WHEN YOU'RE FEELING DOWN, WHAT'S ONE THING YOU SAY TO YOURSELF TO GET YOU GOING?
This is only now and I will learn from it. And do a handstand no matter what.
