My job is to guide people towards wellness wherever they currently are in their fitness journey. I am a former athlete with a background in team sports and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Over the course of my adult life, I have discovered that I am happiest when making a contribution towards the well-being of others. I’ve had the privilege of working with clients ranging from 16 to 74 years old, each with a unique background. I am also a person who happens to battle chronic pain as a result of past injuries. This reality constantly presents adversity that I must work through and I can say it has profoundly shaped my outlook as a trainer. Having trained clients who also suffer from chronic pain and unique mobility challenges, I welcome people of all body types regardless of conditioning level when you walk through the door.
