I am born and raised in Portland! I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. I love how green Oregon is. There is so much to explore in our own backyard.

Learning about the body has always been fascinating to me. I was originally going to school for Nursing and found that I wanted to be a part of preventative Health Care.
WHEN YOU'RE NOT FITNESSING, WHAT ARE YOU UP TO?
Pottery! My go-to is throwing clay on the wheel and turning that ball of clay into a mug, and then painting a fun design on the outside. My partner is a chef, so we have spent a lot of time in the kitchen and love being outdoors!

You grow through what you go through and You gotta feel the lows to appreciate the highs!
