I mostly grew up in southern Oregon, but I moved to Portland because I love the community and all of the wonderful access to the outdoors.

I aim to bring a variety of different movements to give folks the opportunity to learn how they enjoy moving their body.

I played sports my whole life, and specifically transitioning away from rugby felt hard for me. I needed a new athletic hobby so I started going to a strength and conditioning gym where I found myself really enjoying throwing heavy barbells around.
WHEN YOU'RE NOT FITNESSING, WHAT ARE YOU UP TO?
I love being outside with my dog and sometimes my cat! I'm also an engineer who enjoys puzzles, video games, a good book and DIY projects.
WHEN YOU'RE FEELING DOWN, WHAT'S ONE THING YOU SAY TO YOURSELF TO GET YOU GOING?
I usually plan to spend time in a supportive social group or with friends, community makes me happy.
