MORE THAN A GYM

GIVE YOURSELF SOME 'ME TIME'

ME Fitness Studios boasts ample room for all of our guests! With two full floors of gym space, we offer rooms dedicated to our small In-Studio Classes and private Personal Training sessions, as well as an Open Gym area for all in-person members to access.

The first floor of the building houses three spaces exclusive to classes and personal training sessions: Mind Body Studio hosts our yoga, pilates, and Booty Luv classes, the Playground serves our strength and conditioning classes, and the Evolution Studio accommodates personal trainers in strength and functional training practices.

​

Upstairs, you’ll find our spacious Open Gym area encircling the entire second floor. With all equipment and designated ME Spaces placed at least 6ft. apart, we have designed the space to encourage and ensure the safety and comfort of all of our members. Look out for our easily accessible Clean Team Stations to sanitize hands and grab sanitizer wipes for your used equipment!
