Q?Can I bring guest with me?
A.

If you have a membership you have a two time per month reduced guest fee pass option.

  • Gym Only or Gym Plus $7.00 guest fee. Member must be with the guest.
  • Evolution $10.00 guest fee. Member must be with the guest.
  • For a guest who is not with the Member, we offer daily drop in for all at $17.00 per day gym or class use or $22.00 for a small group session. All guest must access is business hours only.
Q?How do I go about getting a replacement Proxy card or FOB?
A.

Small FOBs are available for purchase at the front desk for$14.95. 

Q?I want to bring my child with me (under 18), can they work out?
A.

We ask that all minors under the age of 18 meet with our fitness Manager to assess appropriate levels of activity. No persons under the age of 18 are able to work out without a parent or guardian present. Minimum age allowed is 15.

Q?What is your waitlist policy?
A.

You must physically be in the facility to receive a waitlist number up to an hour before the start of class. There are only 3 waitlist numbers per class. You will give your waitlist number to the instructor at the start of class so you are notified if there is a spot available.

Q?I want to update my card information, how do I do that?
A.

Please call 503-282-7900 for the front desk to update your card information or stop by the front desk. Credit card updates via the app or website will NOT store a new card for your monthly dues.

Q?How do I cancel my membership?
A.

We have a 30 day cancellation policy. Please stop by the front desk at least 30 days before your next billing cycle so we can process your request. We can always email you the form if needed.

Q?How do I put a hold on my membership?
A.

Stop by the front desk or give us a call at least 2 weeks before your billing cycle so we can fill out paperwork to process your request.  You pay $10 per month for up to 4 months of the year to keep your membership active. There is a minimum one month limit on suspension.

Q?How do I upgrade or downgrade my Membership?
A.

Please stop by the front desk, call or text us to get the proper paperwork to document your request. 

Q?How do I cancel a class?
A.

We have a 4-hour late cancel policy. Use your mobile app or call the front desk to cancel your reservation. No show or late cancellations will result in a $7.50 fee or a reduction of on session from your package.

Q?Do you offer Personal Training?
A.

Yes. We are partnered with some of Portland’s best personal trainers to give you what you need. Read their bios here and feel free to reach out to them directly.  Our personal trainers are all independent contractors and here to support you on your fitness journey.

Q?How do I book a Massage?
A.

Stop by the front desk or go here to check out available appointments.  Massage appointments have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Q?How do I sign up for a class?
A.

You can register for classes by logging into our mobile Me Fitness Studios app or your mefitstudios.com profile. Remember! Group Fitness classes open up at 12:01 am a day in advance for you to reserve your spot. Playground small group personal training sessions allow you to book out as far out in advance as you’d like.

Do not create a profile! You already have one, so just hit log in. The email you provided us with is your username and by hitting forgot the password you will be able to create a custom one. 

Please know that online registration for all classes/sessions closes 30 minutes before start time.  Feel free to give us a call during that time frame to assist in registration.
