Q?COVID19 updates

To support you from afar, we are LIVE STEAMING classes to our members. We will have three live classes, Monday through Friday.
All of our classes will be saved, so you can workout when it fits your schedule. Just sign up even if the live time doesn’t fit your schedule. We will send you the recording shortly after it has concluded.
We understand the virus is impacting so many members of our Me Fit Family. Our thoughts are with all of you. We are committed to standing by you during this period of uncertainty and giving you a community to return to once we can all be together again. We hope you will STICK WITH US!
To help take care of our members and ease some of your financial burdens, we are reducing all monthly memberships to $15 in April. If you can, instead of suspending your membership, please take us up on our special discounted offer. We are so grateful to all of you who can continue to support Me Fitness Studios during this difficult time. Your membership dues will allow us to take care of our team and bring you LIVE STREAMED classes, so you can stay fit from home.
To take advantage of this $15.00 offer you don’t have to do anything. The reduction will happen automatically.
If you’ve asked us to suspend your membership, we have been reaching out to you all week.
Q?I want to update my card information, how do I do that?
A.

Please call 503-282-7900 since we are working remotely. We will return your call within 24 hours in most cases. Credit card updates via the app or website will NOT store a new card for your monthly dues. 

Q?How do I cancel my membership?
A.

Please email admin@mefitstudios.com due to remote protocol.

 

Q?How do I put a hold on my membership?

Q?How do I cancel a class?
A.

No need to cancel a class if you are unable to attend our LIVESTREAM class we will email you the recording.

Q?How do I sign up for a class?
A.

You can register for classes by logging into our mobile Me Fitness Studios app or your mefitstudios.com profile. Remember! 

Create a profile through the account tab. If you’ve already been to the facility you already have a profile, so just hit log in. The email you provided us with is your username and by hitting forgot password you will be able to create a custom one.
