NASM Certified Exercise Specialist Anne Koski holds a BS in Exercise Science, MS in Health Studies and is mobility and movement maven! From cardio to kettlebells, bodyweight to medballs, and agility to animal movements, this class will keep your body guessing!

Get your intimate fitness party on with a 6:1 student/trainer ratio in this hour-long strength and muscle toning kettlebell class. Challenge both your muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic total body movements. Certified trainer/instructor Kensie Sempert guides the class, bringing great energy and expertise to serve students of all levels!

Enjoy a 6:1 student/instructor ratio with Jamie Minkus. Combining the principles of Pilates with functional strength training exercises, this class will increase core strength, flexibility, balance and ease back pain. Jamie's intentional approach to programing alongside her spirited delivery will have even your funny bone quaking from the effort
