Our In-Studio Sessions provide a “safety first” standard of small roster sizes led by educated fitness instructors excited to ignite your wellness journey.  We're reinvigorating the re-entry into IRL fitness with a 10:1 roster size.  This means there's only 10 people to every
1 instructor, creating space for everyone to move freely and confidently with direct and personalized feedback.  Sign up for In-Studio Classes below.

ADVENTURE TRAINING

Enjoy a 10:1 student/trainer ratio in this fast-paced fitness adventure! Adventure Training is built around full-body functional movements that will challenge your mind as well as your muscles. NASM Certified Exercise Specialist Anne Koski holds a BS in Exercise Science, MS in Health Studies and is mobility and movement maven! From cardio to kettlebells, bodyweight to medballs, and agility to animal movements, this class will keep your body guessing!

 

BOOTY LUV® 

Pop, lock, drop, and LUV it with your 10 best fitness friends and 1 BFF instructor!  Designed by fitness professional Heather Craig, this class "shapes what your  mama gave ya™" while keeping your knees and lower back safe. This body affirming, bass-heavy class combines functional training, yoga, Pilates, kickboxing, and "booty breakdowns™". Join multi-certified instructor Carina Borealis in fostering a POSITIVE connection between your brain and booty! This is a barefoot class.

BOOTY LUV SCULPT

Get Booty strong in a 10:1 student to trainer ratio with Booty Luv® Fitness Founder Heather Craig! It's the Booty Luv® Fitness moves and music you luv, now with added challenge! This heart pumping, booty bumping combo of full body strength exercises using free weights and resistance bands, cardio bursts in the form of "booty breakdowns™" and FUN-ctional movements will increase stability and range of motion.

 
 

CORE BLAST

Get your intimate fitness party on with a 10:1 student teacher ratio in this high energy class that focuses on training your core in 3 dimensions and feeling the burn!  Instructor Carina Borealis will activate everything from "your neck to your knees" using lots of the fun toys in the Playground.  Carina's classes are fueled by sass, sweat, and science, so get ready to activate you never even knew you always wanted to feel!

SUPER CIRCUIT

Train hard in a 10:1 student/trainer ratio while gaining strength and flexibility with Kettle bells, dumb bells, body weight moves, medicine balls, and more! This challenging circuit class emphasizes explosive strength, endurance and stamina. *Students will NOT rotate between stations or share equipment.* Prepare for a fun and productive workout led by Alex Shelton, an experienced trainer with multiple certifications and great energy!

 

TRAINING DAY

Party ON with a 10:1 student to trainer ratio in this 60-minute class, focusing on lower and upper body strength with sweat dripping cardio to finish! Learn to incorporate kettle bells, ropes, sandbags, dance breaks and more into your workout routine with instructor Kensie Sempert! She brings exceptional knowledge from her multiple strength certifications and contagious joy to every class.  Your smile muscles will definitely be sore after Training Day! This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.

VINYASA YOGA

Take up space with a 10:1 instructor/student ratio while experiencing flowing breath, synchronized movement, and principles of alignment with minimal props.  This is a rigorous practice led by expert yogi Pamela Sery, whose depth of anatomy knowledge and focus on alignment makes this class a standout!
