Join us for Virtual Livestream Classes to support your strength, cardio and flexibility goals! Classes are live-streamed AND available On Demand, so you can work out with your favorite ME Fitness Instructors when it fits YOUR schedule.  Livestream Classes are kept small so that you can receive direct support from the instructor throughout class.  All classes are recorded and uploaded to our On Demand Library the following week, so there's always a new way to move your body, wherever you are!  Sign up for Virtual Classes below.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

BODY + the BELL

with KENSIE SEMPERT

This 45 minute workout offers both body weight and kettlebell exercises that incorporate dynamic, full body movements. Whether you have weights handy or not, expect to build strength and enhance conditioning with particular focus on balance, skill and mobility.

BOOTY LUV® 

with CARINA BOREALIS

Designed by fitness professional Heather Craig, this class "shapes what your  mama gave ya™" while keeping your knees and lower back safe. Open to all levels, this class combines functional training, yoga, Pilates, kickboxing, and "booty breakdowns™". Set to original mixes by DJ/Producer Danny Corn, this class will get your heart pumping and booty bumping! This is a barefoot class.

 

CORE FUN-CTIONALITY

with HEATHER CRAIG

Fire up your entire core from "neck to knees", including your hips and small "stabilizer" muscles in this FUN all levels class.  We will create stability, strength and stamina for your powerhouse muscles using non-impact movements.

GENTLE STRENGTH + STABILITY

This is a fun, low-impact class that combines light cardio, balance exercises, strength training and stretches to keep you strong and functional. Special attention is paid to joint health and brain/body connectivity. Ideal for older adults, those recovering from injury/childbirth and/or beginning their movement journey!

 

HARD ASSETS

with RIC NEWELL

A workout designed to isolate muscle groups and get “back to the basics” of strength training, using weights. This class is designed to train the upper and lower body along with a focused abdominal component and stretching.

HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training

with RIC NEWELL

Using gravity and bodyweight exercises, moderate intensity intervals are alternated with high-intensity intervals. HIIT is an effective workout to increase both aerobic and anaerobic endurance, while burning more fat than ever before.

 

MOBILITY + MOVEMENT

with ANNE KOSKI

Level Up alternately challenges your muscles, comfort zone, and movement skills. This class combines conventional strength movements, focused high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and explores unconventional movement through play. Practice skills at a level that is safe for you AND *just outside* your comfort zone.

PILATES MAT

Combining the principles of mat Pilates with functional strength training exercises, this gravity and body weight class will increase core strength, flexibility and improve posture. 

 

SUPER CIRCUIT

with ALEX SHELTON

Gain strength and flexibility with bodyweight and weighted moves! This challenging circuit class will have participants emphasizing explosive strength, endurance, and stamina. Prepare for a fun and productive workout!

VINYASA YOGA

with BRIANNA GORDAN

Similar to standard yoga flow classes, participants will experience flowing breath, synchronized movement, strength/balance challenges and a focus on proper alignment. This is a more rigorous practice and modifications will be provided to accommodate all fitness levels.
