KETTLEBELL BURN is taught by Fit Pro Tracy Jones on Monday night at 6:30pm, Wednesdays 9:30am and Saturdays at 10am.                                        KETTLEBELL BUILD is also taught by Tracy on Mondays at 9am and Wednesdays at 6:30pm.
POWER PLAY is brought to you by Fit Pro Alisa Fairbanks on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30am and Thursday at 12pm.
TRAINING DAY with Fit Pros Rachel Goff, Alberto Padilla and Tracy Jones on Wednesdays and Fridays at 7:30am, Thursdays at 6pm and Sundays at 12pm.    KICKBOXING is our newest format and we’re excited to offer that with Alberto on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12pm as well as Tuesday evenings at 6pm.
