My classes aim to make fitness fun and leave you wanting to come back for more! Class is always different, always multi-planar and always designed to celebrate movement in a way that sets you up for success in both the present and the future

WHAT IS YOUR TEACHING STYLE?
Drawing from a background of multiple modalities, I try to incorporate elements from all disciplines. My emphasis is big picture- are the concepts we’re working on resonating? Are we moving in a way that feels good? ​

My background in orthopedic and neurological rehab sneaks its way into every class!

My mom was a fitness instructor! She got me interested in movement and it was love at first sight.

WHEN YOU'RE NOT FITNESSING, WHAT ARE YOU UP TO?
In my downtime I enjoy camping, hiking, skiing and mountain biking. I’m also an animal lover and volunteer at a therapy barn when not spending time with my boyfriend and cat.
