Heather Craig is the founder of Body Luv Fitness LLC/Booty Luv® Fitness.  She has been in the fitness industry for over a decade and absolutely LUVS her work! She teaches a variety of classes all over Portland, but trains exclusively at Me Fitness Studios. Heather holds multiple certifications, has a dance background, and cultivates an atmosphere of FUN that keeps people coming back both as one-on-one clients and students. Her specialty lies in strengthening the hips, glutes, core, and muscles that support knee health. When not teaching and training, she leads international Booty Luv® Fitness/Yoga Retreats, workshops, and has online classes available.
