In his early life, Jacob had a love for athletics, the outdoors and cycling. He experienced the ups and downs of fitness dos and don’ts. It wasn’t until he was a member at Me Fitness in his late 20s that he started to formulate his path towards holistic exercise and health.
Jacob developed a love for specific fitness goals, exercise plans, balanced nutrition, mindfulness, and other stress control techniques. With these philosophies, he decided that he was well suited for a career helping others take control of their fitness and to balance health with the demands of the modern urban lifestyle.
