My passion for running is what brought me into the fitness industry. After achieving many running goals and finding myself injured from over training, I turned to strength training to find a better balance in my life. 2 years ago i find myself getting out of my comfort zone and started Crossfit. My passion for Crossfit has lead me to be more open to trying new things and never stop learning new skills. I have spent 6 years seeing the positive effects partner and small group training can have on clients. My passion is functional fitness that is fun and affective. My thirst for knowledge has drawn me to learn a variety of disciplines and work with a diverse population, from pre and post natal mothers, to seniors. Along with my experience coaching and training boot camp style workouts for over 6 years, I have training in Cardio Kickboxing, Yoga Sculpt, Pilates and Senior Exercise Programming. There is not one fitness formula that fits everyone. You need to find what works for you and be your best self. I will help you set goals, be realistic, practical and create a supportive partner or small group environment. If you are looking for accountability and motivation in a supportive environment, partner and small group training might be for you.
