Jennifer has been involved in the fitness industry since 1993, when she started teaching aqua aerobics classes in the Portland area. From there she relocated to Arizona to work as am EMT and attend Paramedic school. She was enjoying Iyengar yoga classes as a means of rejuvenation from the stress of work. Yoga had such a big impact on her life and the emergency medical field was so demanding that she decided on a career change.
Inspired by the idea of working with people in a more positive environment, Jennifer became certified through Yoga-Fit in 1999 and followed that certification with training in Ashtanga yoga, pilates, and indoor cycling. Jennifer is also a certified personal trainer with NCEP, a L1 Certified Movnat Coach, a certified TRX trainer and a group fitness instructor with ACE as well as RRCA Certified Running Coach. She has experience working with people of all ages and body types. Her classes are innovative and fun. Her training style is to incorporate different disciplines and functional movements to ensure that her clients move safely and positively through the world!
