Jesse Fairbanks


Jesse Fairbanks is a health and fitness coach with more than a decade of experience working in the health and fitness industry. As a coach, he specializes in human performance and fitness life-styling, and offers a highly personalized and holistic approach. Jesse believes that living a fitness lifestyle is about adopting nutritious movement practices that suit an individual’s reasons to be fit. With a training system that is  elaborate and centers around eliminating pain, Jesse focuses on removing imbalances and restoring movement to help an individual live better today and tomorrow. He emphasizes strength training, conditioning, mobility and flexibility training, and corrective exercise with creative application.
