Mel Cooke

I have over 50 years’ experience working in the Fitness Industry including being a fitness Director in Retirement Community for 20 years. I have worked with all ages from 3 years of age to people over a 100 years old. My passion is working with the 50+ population. I can design a fitness program that will work for you based your own individual needs. I have worked with people who have had strokes, balance issues, joint replacements, rotator cuff tears, diabetes and heart disease.
My personal goal is to stay young as long as possible. I have competed in sports all my life. I currently compete in triathlons and ½ Ironman Aquabikes.
