Rachel is a NASM certified personal trainer, yoga instructor and founder of Wolf Strength Training, LLC. Rachel first found her love of fitness through running, but when she suffered a foot injury she had to find another alternative. Rachel turned to weightlifting and has never looked back.
Rachel graduated the National Personal Training institute with a degree in personal training and then went on to graduate Three Sisters Yoga with a 200 hour yoga teacher certification. She also holds a certification in TRX and Suspension training.
Rachel specializes in teaching functional fitness to her clients in many different forms. She primarily focuses on weight loss, flexibility, strength and high-intensity training. With a solid understanding of the human anatomy, Rachel works with many clients both preventing and dealing with injuries and greatly enjoys helping her clients overcome physical obstacles. She has experience working with individuals of all ages and fitness levels and loves making working out a fun experience for all of her clients.
