Rachel is a Certified Personal Trainer, Strength Coach, Yoga Instructor and the Founder of Wolf Strength, LLC.
For the past few years Rachel has been working with people of all levels and fitness goals, but has a passion for empowering her clients through strength training.
With a vast array of experience, Rachel enjoys educating her clients on how to maximize a program for their lifestyle, perform both fundamental and technical lifts and feel confident with their own capabilities in the gym. Her goal is to demystify strength and power lifting and make it approachable for everyone.
With a solid understanding of the human anatomy, Rachel also specializes in working with clients both preventing and dealing with injuries and greatly enjoys helping her clients overcome physical obstacles.
