Join us for Virtual Livestream Classes to support your strength, cardio and flexibility goals! Classes are live-streamed AND available On Demand, so you can work out with your favorite ME Fitness Instructors when it fits YOUR schedule. Livestream Classes are kept small so that you can receive direct support from the instructor throughout class. GENTLE STRENGTH + STABILITY
with HEATHER CRAIG
This is a fun, low-impact class that combines light cardio, balance exercises, strength training and stretches to keep you strong and functional. Special attention is paid to joint health and brain/body connectivity. Ideal for older adults, those recovering from injury/childbirth and/or beginning their movement journey!
PILATES MAT
with EVA STRICKLAND
Combining the principles of mat Pilates with functional strength training exercises, this gravity and body weight class will increase core strength, flexibility and improve posture.
