Skilled in movement based strength training, TRX training, and senior fitness I can help you achieve your goals whether you are new to training or looking to take your current fitness routine to the next level.
Throughout my career in fitness I have focused on listening to my clients and paying attention to their body mechanics and abilities in order to best develop training programs that will benefit them and move them forward. Whether you have issues with your knees, shoulders, or back I can help develop and guide you with an exercise program that works for you.
