This hour long class will give fast results for strength, endurance, and muscle toning using kettlebells. Challenge both your muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic, total body movements.

KETTLEBELL BURN - SMALL GROUP PT
Kettlebell Burn will put participants through a dynamic warm up, functional skill and sequence of Kettlebell conditioning moves. Look for compound kettlebell exercises combined with travel patterns, jump rope and more to incorporate strength, mobility and endurance. The Small Group Personal Training environment will ensure individualized attention, great camaraderie, and maximum burn! This format is best suited for intermediate and above fitness levels. Beginners are encouraged to complete an intro session with one of our Fit Pros.

This 60-minute class uses body weight, sandbags, medicine balls and ladders for movement-based activities to keep your workout effective and fun! Workout goals are met with a small group. Personal Instruction given with close attention to proper form and technique to assure you maximize your results, and benefit of exercises. This format is best suited for intermediate and above fitness levels.
