This class teaches functional training and principles of conditioning. Expect resistance training, conditioning and balance components all in one class rather than on a rotation. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

KETTLEBELL BURN - FEE BASED
Kettlebell Burn will put participants through a dynamic warm up, functional skill and sequence of Kettlebell conditioning moves. Look for compound kettlebell exercises combined with travel patterns, jump rope and more to incorporate strength, mobility and endurance. The Small Group Personal Training environment will ensure individualized attention, great camaraderie, and maximum burn! This format is best suited for intermediate and above fitness levels. Beginners are encouraged to complete an intro session with one of our Fit Pros.

Personal Instruction given with close attention to proper form and technique to assure you maximize your results, and benefit of exercises. This format is best suited for intermediate and above fitness levels.
