KETTLEBELL BURN - SMALL GROUP PT
Kettlebell Burn will put participants through a dynamic warm up, functional skill and sequence of kettlebell conditioning moves. Look for compound kettlebell exercises combined with bodyweight movement to incorporate strength, mobility and endurance. The small group environment will ensure individualized attention, great camaraderie and maximum burn! This format is best suited for intermediate and above fitness levels. Beginners are encouraged to complete an intro session with one of our Fit Pros.
